the gentlemen follows american expat mickey pearson (matthew mcconaughey) who built a highly profitable marijuana empire in london. when the story goes that he wants to leave the business, mickey faces conspiracies, intrigue, bribery and blackmail in an attempt to take everything away from him. mickey pearson (matthew mcconaughey) is considering getting rid of his marijuana empire, while still looking for the right buyer to make the transition. with enough interest in his trade, there are more hijackers who want to take advantage of it. the story that follows is entertaining, atmospheric and... read more
